Every human being has a story to tell. Some sad, some inspiring, some happy and some mere facts. But one thing is common in all – Each one is special on its own.

It has been said that the success is a journey and not a destination. In the same way, Mahammad Rafique has perceived success as a journey and not a destination in his life. He believes if he looks success as a destination then the success story will end. That is the reason his journey has been going on for many years and is still going on.

He is confident, supportive, self-motivated and succeeds despite all odds. He believes life is a mixed package of happiness and sorrow. It is about living every moment in it, to its fullest. Life is a race some finish early and some are yet to finish. In this race, it only matters if we finish it or give up.

He was born and brought up in Bardoli, Dist-Surat, in the state of Gujarat, India. He did his schooling in Gujarati medium. He opted commerce stream in his higher secondary course. He finished his higher secondary course with distinction in year 2002. After that, for his graduation study he selected BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) course. This was English medium course and he finished his schooling in gujarati medium. However, with his hard work and serious efforts, he completed the graduation degree with first class distinction in year 2005. Although during his second year graduation course he was little bit confused whether he should continue his study or to do any business. But later he decided to continue his study and achieved the same.

Once he completed his graduation he wanted to do his further study in abroad. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances he could not able to do it. Hence, he decided to do his master degree in India only. He took admission in MBA (Master of Business Administration). He completed MBA with Finance specialization with first class in year 2007. He achieved his graduation as well as post graduation from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat, India.

During his study period, he was very much interested in teaching. He wanted to build his career in teaching profession, but he thought that he should have practical knowledge so that he could teach students effectively. With this objective, he joined one leading stock broking firm Gurukrupa Investment as a dealer. Looking to his performance and hard work, he had been promoted as Branch Manager and he looked after all administrative and operations work of the branch. Apart from this, he was also involved in personal coaching and also visiting lecturer in well known management institute in his region. He served his service for two years from year 2007 to 2009. Then after, he joined educational institute with trust name The Mandvi Education Society in South Gujarat region. He has been working there with different different positions since 2009.

He started his job as a Lecturer in the graduation course in the field of management then he was promoted to the master course as an Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor and presently he is working as a Professor and Head of MBA department. During this tenure, he qualified UGC NET (National Eligibility Test) exam in year 2012 and in year 2016 he completed his Ph.D. in the field of management from the same university in which he completed his study.

He got married with Shahin in year 2011. She has completed her graduation in BBA and post graduation in MBA from reputed management institute. He has a son whose name is Aman.

He has published various research papers in National and International journals and presented the same at National and International conferences.

He has also conducted workshops and seminars at different educational institutes to motivate the students.

He is also serving as Ph.D. guide from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad and now the faculties of different colleges are doing their Ph.D. under his supervision. He has also done B.Ed. and completed M.Com. as a distance learning from reputed university.

Apart from this, he is also the member of Bardoli Memon Jamat. He is heading the educational committee. He wants everyone to be educated in his community. With this objective he has conducted many awareness programs of education for his community.
