Senior Finance Manager, Department of Education, England. Associate Member Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.


Born in "Ghar ji" Dhoraji town in Rajkot district in India and belong to a Middle-class family who is well-known and famous in the city for Jumma Masjid "Langar" in Dhoraji where underprivileged get freshly cooked food once every day. Eldest of three siblings in the family followed by a sister and then younger brother.


Completed schooling from Dhoraji in Gujarati medium and went to Rajkot to complete graduation. After completing Bachelor of Commerce with Accounting and Finance specialized in the year 2006, went to Gandhinagar to pursue MBA specialized in Finance.


Started professional career as a Relationship Manager in a bank after completing MBA in the year 2008. Remained bright and ranker student throughout academic life. Worked professionally for almost 3 years in India at various key roles in various organization all over Gujarat in India.


He was selected as chairman of Alumni Association of Christ College, Rajkot for the year 2008-09 during which delivered some notable events and activities to get alumni connected with the institute and students.


Moved to the UK in the year 2011 to further pursue MSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Business and Finance. After completing MSc, got first placement as Assistant Cost Engineer in Highways England in 2013. Since then always been part of Civil Service in the UK. Currently working as Senior Finance Manager in Department for Education. Completed and qualified as Associate member of Chartered Institute of

Management Accountant (CIMA) in the year 2019.


Some notable part of key Memon Organizations in the world :-

Was elected as Chairman of Europe Chapter of inaugural WMO Youth Wing in the year 2013 during World Memon Organization (WMO) AGM in Sri Lanka.

Then was elected as Vice Chairman of Global Youth Wing of WMO in the year 2014 during AGM in South Africa.

Been appointed as International Advisory member of AIMJF.

Current Board member of International Memon organization (IMO).


A deeply passionate person about conservation of Memoni language and prefer to speak in Memoni wherever and whenever possible. In 2014, under the banner of WMO, started an activity and group called Memoni Boli where conducted sessions on Skype inviting attendees from worldwide.


Mr. Behsania Believes that:
"There is not age or end of learning. One should keep gaining and attaining knowledge throughout life". "Always remain simple and satisfied with what Allah has granted."
