He married Dr. Noor Bano Dalla who is M.D in Obstetrics and Gynaceology and is blessed with a son Riyaz MBA, Who has married to Dr Tabbasum Dalla, MS (Obst.and Gynace). Dr. Razzaque Dalls is also blessed with a dauther Named Riwana M.D.S. is married to Mr.Masood Mallick MBA (Harward) And Now working as Professor of Prosthodontia of Jamia University Delhi.

Dr. Dalla is a Multifaceted Personality with Varied interest in Environment, Horticulture and Social work in Addition to his academic work in the field of Surgery. The Problem Remained Undiagnosed and Unattended for a long time. Dr. Dalla Mobilized almost 100 NGOS and Community leaders and organized many Press conference, mobilized media to create awareness on the subject.

Working on a systemic plan, He mobilized media, community leaders Politicians and Administrator in a Phased manner. Activism and Extensive Lobbying done by Dr. Dalla which lead to the issue raised in Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha & Vidhan Sabha. The State Legislative Assembly Appreciated And recorded in its Proceedings in regards to the work done by Dr. Dalla The Hon’ble Governor and chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Applauded his contributions and also gave a letter of appreciation for the commendable work.

Memorandum on Sickle Cell Disease was Submitted to Hon’ble President of India

Under the banner of Indian Red Cross Society for Free Distribution to needy sickle patients was established during the dynamic Leadership of Dr Dalla as State Chairman.

At Raipur was established specially devoted for Survey, Treatment, Rehabilitation and Research on Sickle Cell Disease.

Dr.A.P.J kalam Releasing the book written by Dr. A.R. Dalla written by Dr Dalla was Released by Honorable Dr A.P.J Kalam During the International Conference on Sickle Cell Disease organized at Raipur in 1996.

Dr Dalla is very engaged in the field of Environment. During his tenure as president of Chhattisgarh Horticulture Society - 5 lac Road Side Tree Plantation was done in one day. The Governor of Madhya Pradesh Specially look the Aerial view and applauded the efforts made by an NGO under his leadership.

A regular Prestigious event bcing organized since a decade by ‘’ Back to Nature Society Raipur” under Leadership of Dr Dalla. He is also instrumental & recognized for his work on Prevention of Industrial pollution, in and around Raipur.

He has Credit for Creating Awareness and holding diagnostic camps and holding diagnostic and Treatment camps in Cataract(Eye), Diabetes & Cancer, Several Seminar & Conference were Organized.

During his Student Days, Many Prizes were given to him in inter collegiate debate Competitions and also in inter Collegiate Self Composed Poetry Recitation during his studies at Gandhi Medical College Bhopal. He was Awarded the Coveted honor of best Students by ‘’Alumni of Gandhi medical College Bhopal MP’’
